The third exhibition “Bulgaria – Japan III” from the project “20 Years Together in Art” was opened on August 31 at Kagamida House, Ukiha, Fukuoka, Japan.


The charming historical building turned into a stage for contemporary art, bringing together works in various media, selected by Amateras Foundation and NEXUS – long-term partners and like-minded collaborators in the cultural exchange between Bulgaria and Japan.


The event is the third consecutive exhibition from the rich programme of Sofia Paper Art Fest within Expo Osaka 2025 and presents a joint exhibition of Bulgarian and Japanese artists, selected by the curators Kakuko Ishii and Daniela Todorova.
